The Spaces and Areas module is the basis for property management. All spaces and areas from BIM models or DWG drawings are collected in this module in the online database of BIMlink.
With the Spaces and Areas module users have quick insight into the various types of surface areas from NEN2580 and Bouwbesluit. The spaces and areas can be visualized in the browser as an interactive floor plan or even viewed in the 3D viewer. In BIMlink, own floor plans can also be defined based on properties such as floor finishes, branching or vacancy.
