3D Objects

View models in 3D

A building consists of thousands of elements, each with dozens of unique properties in the form of parameters. In this way, a model contains a wealth of information. However, it can be a challenge to make this information accessible. The BIMlink building file collects all building elements from the various BIM models in one central database. With the 3D Objects module, all objects and their properties can then easily be consulted online and in 3D.

In the BIMlink building file, users can choose between views in lists, 2D maps or even in a full 3D viewer. This 3D viewer runs directly in the browser and the objects are streamed to the user. That way, even the largest and heaviest BIM models are easy to view. Custom views can be made quickly per building, floor or category. Documents or communication items can then be linked to each object.

The BIM viewer is fast and works in the browser.
